This means you're ready to start growing + automating your biz - congrats!!! That's so exciting.
Here are the tried + true tools I personally use in my business. I'll give you an explanation, in some cases a tutorial + my affiliate link if you're interested.
Enjoy!
For running, building + delivering your business.
If you've been wanting a one-stop-shop for your email list, website, products, coaching, affiliates, + everything else, I think Kajabi may be your platform.
I have tried Teachable, Clickfunnels, Squarespace, Wordpress, ConvertKit, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign...+ none of them compare to Kajabi.
Enjoy the walkthrough video + I hope you can find the same simplicity I have!
For hosting + sharing your podcast
If you want to start your podcast {or you hate your current host}, I like to use Buzzsprout.
I couldn't stand the dinosaur ways of other softwares. Buzzsprout is easy.
It distributes to every platform with just a few clicks + you can create preview audio clips for your social media without having to pay for another software.
For creating video memes for social media.
If you've been wanting to break up your videos into smaller pieces {with captions} for social media or advertising, this is the best program.
I am able to upload an episode, select a few pieces from it, have it auto-captioned + just adjust my branding.
A physical planner to help strategize your visibility plan.
If you like a physical planner {I definitely do} + want one built to help you strategize visibility, I think you'll love the Content Planner.
It is large, gorgeous + even gives you stickers of when you want to post to YouTube, Instagram, etc.
For building shareable graphics for your social media channels
If you love social media graphics, but don't have the time to create them every month, I like to use the Viral Content Templates.
They're sent to my inbox every month where all I have to adjust is some of the text + branding + then BOOM. Upload them to SocialBee :)
For social media auto-post scheduling across platforms.
I'm all about scheduling in advance. And I've found SocialBee to be the most flexible with content categories, calendars + platforms.
So if you're a plan-ahead kind of person who wants to be able to step away for days to weeks at a time, this is the platform for you!
{Schedules to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business}
Managing your email, apps + google spaces all in one place.
If you've been wanting to organize your desktop + not have a million tabs open, I think you'll love Shift.
It's one app that can hold your email, slack, docs, voxer, calendly...pretty much everything in one place.
It also mutes notifications during meetings + lets you sort things you want easy access to.
For call scheduling, booking + taking payments
If you need a software to schedule calls + even take payments, I like to use SimplyBook.
It's very similar to Calendly or Acuity, I just like the pricing more.
For auto-scheduling pins to Pinterest + boosting engagement with communities
This is what I use to schedule out my pins + re-pins. The best part is that you can have certain pins recycle easily, schedule out your new pins + schedule pins from other accounts. It will also give you a new place to pin called "Tailwind Tribes" - kind of like Pinterest group boards, but more engaged!
